When we decided to build a house, we narrowed it down to 3 builders. The key to us building with DeLange Homes came to only one question. We asked each builder how many times a week will you, yourself, be on the job site. One builder said "1 to 2 times a week", the other said "unsure because I have a supervisor that runs my sites". Stephen DeLange replied "Everyday. I am a hand on type of builder. I work on site with my supervisor to ensure the quality of your house". When we heard that our decision was easy. We visited the site regularly and yes, Stephen was on site. We are currently talking about building another house with DeLange Homes to accommodate our growing family.
